The Senior Provincial Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of service innovation with primary accountability for service model oversight, implementation quality, standards, and fidelity, centre readiness, service integration, evaluation, and learning, and practice–facing improvement. This role operates in a peer leadership role alongside the Senior Provincial Director, Operations & Planning and other senior portfolios.
Education & Experience:
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Clinical Psychology, or another relevant health care field, with at least ten (10) years of recent, related experience in progressively senior management roles, including a minimum of five (5) years at the Director level, working with networks, coalitions and multi-partnered projects in a youth and young adult health care environment, and in the management of project teams; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
