Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of our Sonography team!
Reporting to the Manager or Site Coordinator, you will lead a team of 16–24 FTEs and play a key role in supporting staff, coordinating daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and efficient patient care.
In this role, you will oversee staffing and scheduling, provide technical guidance, support recruitment and performance management, and coach, mentor and orient team members. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy and procedure development, workplace safety, equipment and operational planning, and the implementation of new practices and technologies. As a working supervisor, you will remain connected to clinical practice and perform technical procedures as required.
