Your Day to Day:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, use cases, business rules, and test plans.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve registration issues and support process improvements across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health, CIHI, MIS, and organizational policies by implementing required system and process changes.
- Develop and maintain audit tools, reports, and data quality metrics to support accurate, secure patient registration and identity management.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance registration standards, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve user incidents.
- Document workflows, business processes, system requirements, and user communications to support ongoing operations and project delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute system testing activities, including integration, user acceptance, regression, and post-implementation reviews.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support enterprise registration, scheduling, and client identity management initiatives.
