The Indigenous Wellness and Reconciliation (IWR) team at Providence Health Care (PHC) is committed to advancing Indigenous data governance, research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives that support meaningful system change and improved health outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, IWR Planning and Project Management, the Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in leading the development and enhancement of data systems, reporting, and analytics that support Indigenous health initiatives across PHC. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and organizational partners, this role supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives grounded in Indigenous data governance principles.
