Your Day to Day:
- Leads the implementation of communication strategies to enhance public awareness, community engagement, and a balanced perception of PHC and its programs.
- Oversees the development and delivery of external communications, including campaigns, content, and communication vehicles aligned with organizational priorities.
- Directs event strategy and execution, establishing standardized processes, tools (e.g., Jira/Smartsheet), and tracking systems to ensure successful planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Manages the editorial calendar and oversees social media and website content, ensuring alignment with content strategy and integration across all external channels.
- Co-leads the development and execution of an integrated content strategy and annual work plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
- Identifies health promotion opportunities and emerging issues, developing proactive communication strategies that reflect PHC’s values and priorities.
- Oversees departmental budget planning and management, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Establishes and leads performance measurement frameworks, including analytics and reporting across web, social media, media, and other communication channels.
- Provides leadership to the communications team through coaching, performance management, and professional development, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Leads or contributes to corporate projects, committees, and system improvements, advancing innovative tools, processes, and best practices in communications, events, and content delivery.
