Skills and Abilities
Strong experience with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Power BI for dashboard design.
3+ years of T-SQL development and database querying.
3+ years of programming experience (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Java) plus scripting (Python or similar).
Hands-on experience in ETL environments and data integration across multiple platforms.
Solid understanding of data architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures.
Knowledge of OLAP technologies and dimensional modeling.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including scoping and troubleshooting.
Experience with HIM business processes and healthcare data systems is an asset.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including simplifying complex concepts.
Proven project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor others.
A competitive salary: The salary range for this position is $38.88 - $55.89 per hour, depending on experience.
