We are currently hiring two (2) Temporary Full‑Time Recruitment Analysts for a one (1)‑year assignment, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the workforce build‑out of one of Canada’s most innovative healthcare developments.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, the Recruitment Analyst supports a wide range of internal and external recruitment processes across PHC. This role provides essential services to Operations and the Talent Recruitment team, building strong relationships with leaders and applicants to ensure an efficient, responsive, and people‑first recruitment experience. Completed or in progress Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, plus a minimum of 1 (one) to 2 (two) year of experience working in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on Recruitment. Experience working in a fast paced, large complex organization preferred. Familiarity with unionized workplace preferred.
