Summary
Do high‑impact, large‑scale technology deployments and dynamic, hands‑on environments bring out your best work? Providence Health Care is hiring a Project Manager, End User Devices (EUD) to join the IT function in a permanent role, beginning with a pivotal assignment on the landmark New St. Paul’s Hospital (NSPH) project.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of end user device deployments—from staging and inventory through kitting and rollout—ensuring operational readiness for one of the most significant healthcare infrastructure projects in British Columbia. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with internal teams, external vendors, and deployment crews, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and driving consistent, high‑throughput execution.
More precisely, the Project Manager, End User Devices:
This is an immersive onsite lead role. You’ll spend your time moving throughout a large, live construction site. After the hospital project completion, the role will transition into a permanent function that is responsible for managing End User Device life cycle across Providence Health Care.
This role will report to the NSPH IT Program and to Jordan Smith, Director, Contract Management, Business Informatics & Technology Solutions (BITS). You will be joining an exceptional, hardworking team. The overall NSPH IT Program is lead by an Executive Director and a team of experienced Program Directors who provide strong vision, foster shared values, and bring extensive hospital redevelopment expertise to the Program.
Please note: Regular on-site presence is required (5 days a week) at the New St. Paul’s Hospital, located at 1002 Station Street, Vancouver, BC. Post NSPH project completion (Spring 2027), this role will transition into a hybrid mode within the organization.
