Summary

Youville Residence is a long-term care home that is home to 42 residents, staffed by a care team who love being there, as evidenced by the long-tenured team. It is the pilot site for Home for Us, an innovative social-relational model of care whereby residents' social-emotional wellbeing is at the forefront of their care, residents direct their care, and the belief that home is not a place, it's a feeling.
