Reporting to our Program Director, you’ll be the pillar of our administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the board.
In this role, you will:
Provide essential administrative support using advanced word processing, database, spreadsheet, and graphics tools.
Prepare confidential correspondence, manage data, and create impactful presentations.
Handle sensitive medical-legal, labor relations, and disciplinary communications with utmost professionalism.
Collaborate closely with fellow Administrative and Executive Assistants to maintain smooth operations and tackle priority projects together.

Education:
High School Diploma, completion of a recognized secretarial or business program and three (3) to five (5) years recent related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
