Summary
Are you passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and culturally respectful environments? As the Team Lead, Relational Security, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping a trauma-informed approach to safety and care. You’ll lead a dedicated team of Relational Security Officers (RSOs), providing guidance, coordination, and support—especially in critical moments when calm leadership matters most.
Grounded in the principles of trauma-informed care, Indigenous cultural safety and humility, and equity, diversity, and inclusion, you’ll deliver impactful training and orientation programs that empower RSOs to build trust and foster respectful relationships across the organization.
This is more than a security role—it’s a leadership opportunity to influence how safety is experienced and understood in a diverse and evolving environment. If you're driven to lead with purpose and help shape the future of relational security in healthcare, we welcome your application.
