Join our dynamic team as an Organizational Development Consultant to champion and guide our people-centered transformation as we prepare for the opening of the New St. Paul’s Hospital in early 2027.
In this critical full-time temporary role (until March 2027), you will facilitate change readiness for the new St. Paul’s Hospital across our organization by developing change leadership capabilities at all levels, fostering team development and enhancing people engagement throughout the transition process. You’ll design and implement engagement strategies that ensure all stakeholders are informed, involved, and committed to our shared vision. Working collaboratively across multiple project teams, you’ll provide essential integration support while guiding our culture evolution to align with our new facility and enhanced care delivery model.
