Summary
Providence Health Care's Virtual Health team is now accepting applications for a permanent, full-time Project Leader.
Reporting to the Director, Virtual Health and Shared Care, the Project Leader is responsible for coordinating and implementing project activities related to the Virtual Health and Shared Care portfolio to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget and meet the established goals and objectives. Projects may involve process and communication improvement, work redesign, and staff redeployment, enabling virtual health solutions to effectively address clinical needs and clinical requirements, and the provision of strategic information to support those processes and ensure safe and seamless navigation of patient care. Works collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation, effective communication and addressing potential barriers to success. Communicates with all levels of staff and management to facilitate consensus, consult, negotiate and share information. Liaises with staff, consultants, other health care entities and other external agencies, as needed. Develops sustainable education and operational plans, evaluates outcomes and acts as a resource for staff.
Your duties will include:
Lead and implement Virtual Health projects: Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders to support the design, delivery, and scale-up of virtual health solutions across Providence Health Care.
Monitor progress, performance, and risk: Track deliverables, monitor budgets, assess risks, and report on outcomes to ensure initiatives stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Engage stakeholders and support change management: Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, address barriers to success, and ensure project sustainability through education, communication, and process improvement.
Evaluate outcomes and apply evidence-based practices: Collect and analyze data to evaluate project impact, incorporate best practices and emerging trends, and support ongoing innovation in virtual care delivery.
