As the Manager of LTC Clinical Excellence and Program Education, you will report directly to the Program Director of Seniors Care and be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that enhance clinical excellence and education in Long-Term Care. You will collaborate with residents, physicians, managers, staff, and leadership teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The Manager plays a key role in policy development, quality improvement, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth within the Seniors Care services.
