IT Program Vision: To be a national healthcare reference centre for best practice information technology solutions that enable patients and families, clinical professionals, academics, and research partners to improve the patient care experience.
The IT Program team prioritizes employee growth and learning opportunities. Team members are encouraged to develop career plans and are enabled to attend conferences, pursue certifications, and undertake additional training in line with their career plans. The team works under a hybrid model, with some requirements to maintain a presence at the office and at the construction site and some flexibility to work remotely.

In this position, you will report to Kyla Nichol, Program Manager, Innovation, and be joining an exceptional, hardworking team. The IT Program Executive Director, Jordan Pope, leads the team through a strong vision and a wealth of redevelopment expertise.
A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree supplemented by formal training in project management or relevant discipline, plus seven (7) to ten (10) years’ recent, related progressively responsible experience in implementing technology systems from business cases to specification development and implementation of large and/or complex technology system capital projects including experience in:
Project Management Professional Designation or in progress would be considered an asset.

What You Will Do
The Project Manager, Innovation is responsible for overseeing and supporting the planning, design, and technology system implementation of complex projects for the New St. Paul’s Hospital (NSP) including project, planning, project management, communications, and contract management. The role also has responsibility for the integration of planning and design with the IMIT and clinical business models to ensure that the delivery of health services meet the NSP goals and objectives. The successful candidate will provide leadership by directing working groups, contractors, and consultants to ensure accountability, communication, and performance against project roadmaps.
