Join our team at Providence Health Care (PHC) as the Indigenous Wellness Program Lead, where you'll play a key role in delivering culturally grounded, holistic care for Indigenous patients, with a focus on those receiving substance use support.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Indigenous Patient and Family Experience, with accountability to and collaborative oversight from the Patient Care Manager, Urban Health and Substance Use (Road to Recovery). You’ll lead, plan, and deliver culturally relevant wellness programming tailored to the unique needs of Indigenous clients. Your work will directly support patients receiving substance use care, focusing on understanding their holistic needs and current best practices.
